Return and refund policy
PAK RISE does not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for food products, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at pakrisefoods@gmail.com or +92 303 6277772. Include your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photos of the product and packaging.
Do not consume a product that appears damaged or compromised. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement for confirmed damaged, leaking or incorrect items. Any necessary return arrangements and costs will be communicated during that review.
Refunds
We will notify you of the outcome of your request. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
